We offer some of the lowest rental pricing in the Poconos for your next trip. Our 175 acre wooded property creates the perfect venue for family getaways and group retreats – small or large! Our ideal location is within minutes of Camelback Ski Mountain, CamelBeach Water Park, Kalahari Water Park and the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville PA. Our property offers winterized buildings, meeting spaces, food service and guided team building activities such as: High & Low Ropes Courses, Archery, Riflery, Fishing, Boating and more.

With a large variety of outdoor activities and facilities which are available for any small family or large group (up to 130 people), Mt. Gilead creates an ideal environment for families, and other non-profit retreats on a budget.

Mt. Gilead has 16 buildings available for overnight lodging. Ranging from full sized lodges to small 8 person cabins, options are available for any sized group. Whether it’s a family ski weekend at Camelback Ski Mountain or Camelbeach, Kalahari Water Park, group retreat or a staff getaway; we keep our rental prices affordable so everyone can afford a visit to the Poconos.

Meeting Spaces

Are you a large group looking to visit the Poconos? Mt. Gilead has 8 meeting spaces available for groups, including a heated recreational hall with several game tables, overhead projector and sound system for skits, movies or conferences. See Meeting Spaces for more information.

Lloyd’s Lodge

The newest addition to Mt. Gilead, Lloyd’s Lodge is great for housing both families or singles. With queen sized and double beds, rustic log furniture, hardwood floors and a long front porch with rocking chairs, the lodge is everyone’s favorite overnight building. This building is the perfect place for a Camelback Ski Weekend!

Martin’s Manor

Feel at home in one of the original buildings at Mt. Gilead. Martin’s Manor was once the farmer’s residence in the early 1900’s and now serves as an all-inclusive building furnished with everything you need to eat, sleep, gather and cook your own meals.

Shepherd’s Shelter

Conveniently centered next to Shepherd’s Field in the center of camp, Shepherd’s Shelter is sub-divided into four rooms, two rooms with private baths and two larger bunk rooms with one shared bath. The game tables and screened in porch make this building a youth favorite.

Double Cabin

Separated into two halves “Anasazi” & “Seneca”, the Double Cabin is great for splitting guys and girls while maintaining only one building per night. Set in the woods on the outskirts of camp this heated building has full private bathrooms on both sides.
